Kellerlichter 2019 is the first-time lighting program as part of the annual winter program for the temporary use of Ebertplatz, Cologne (GER).
Works by over 30 artists will be presented in the passage, in one of the shops and in the GOLD + BETON project space. The varied program of slide projections, light installations, performances and interventions complements the great winter magic around the ice rink.
